Since our products are individually crafted to your specifications upon order, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations due to a change of heart. Be aware that colors may slightly differ between screens and monitors.

Rest assured, if your item arrives faulty, damaged during shipping, or significantly differs from the description on our website, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer & Competition Act regulations.

Refund Eligibility

We only accept refund requests for products that are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Any refund requests made beyond this time frame will not be considered.

Return Procedure

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support team at support@7artwonders.com with the subject line "Refund Request - Damaged Product." Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged product.

b. Our Customer Support team will review your request and respond with further instructions within 2 business days. If your refund request is approved, you will have the option to select between a refund or a replacement item, based on your preference.

Non-refundable Items

We do not accept refunds for products that are not damaged, including but not limited to:

a. Change of mind
b. Incorrect size or color selection
c. Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
