Ordering and Delivery

How do you handle shipping?

We're pleased to offer complimentary global shipping on all orders without a minimum purchase requirement. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days, barring weekends and holidays. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently, we ship to Australia, New Zealand, UK and United States.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is on us! All orders are eligible for free worldwide delivery without a minimum order amount. 

Didn't receive your order confirmation?

You should automatically receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, feel free to reach out to us at support@7artwonders.com. Please check your spam or junk folder first, as the confirmation might be there.

Need to cancel an order?

We can only cancel your order if you contact us immediately after placing it at support@7artwonders.com, as we process orders quickly.

Can you track your order?

Absolutely! We'll keep you updated on your order's journey, from placement to dispatch and delivery. You'll receive a tracking number in your delivery confirmation emails, which you can use to monitor your order's progress online.

Haven't received your package or it's lost?

Please be aware that our stated delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and local carrier speed. If your package hasn't arrived after 10 days, please contact us at support@7artwonders.com with your order number for assistance.

Received only part of your order?

To ensure you receive your items as swiftly as possible, we might ship your orders separately based on product availability in our warehouse and weight limit restrictions. For instance, you may receive certain items earlier than others.
